Individual counselling provides a dedicated space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a supportive and confidential environment. Our 50-minute sessions are designed to meet you where you are at.
Couples Counselling

Couples counselling creates an opportunity for two or more individuals to address relationship concerns and navigate dynamics. Our 50-minute sessions can open conversation regarding any concerns you feel comfortable sharing.
Consultation
Free
We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to explore what brings you to counselling. Our time also allows us a chance to get to know one another and dive deeper into any questions you have about our therapeutic practice.
